What Makes This Different?

There is so much feeding advice online...

But most of it comes after problems already start.

Inside this roadmap, you'll learn what to watch for before things go wrong so you can make confident decisions from day one.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Tamari.

Before I became a Certified Lactation Counselor and helped thousands of moms, I was a first-time mom sitting exactly where you might be.

I had a screaming newborn who wouldn't latch. I didn't know how to feed him, if he was getting enough, or what I was doing wrong. Every feeding felt overwhelming, and instead of enjoying those first days, I was filled with stress, tears, and self-doubt.
The hardest part? I didn't know what I didn't know.

No one had prepared me for what was normal, what wasn't, or what I should have been looking out for to protect my milk supply.

By the time I had my second baby, everything changed.
I had the knowledge I wish someone had given me the first time. I understood how milk supply is established, what my baby needed, what warning signs to watch for, and how to support my body from the very beginning. Because of that, I produced more than double the milk I had with my first baby, and feeding felt completely different.

That's exactly why I created The Milk Supply Roadmap™

I don't want you to spend those precious first days wondering if your baby is getting enough, questioning every feeding, or searching the internet at 2 a.m. for answers.

I want you to walk into motherhood feeling prepared, confident, and knowing exactly what to do to give yourself the best possible start.
