From crying over spilled milk to running a thriving business
(all while pumping 4x a day)
Eight years ago, I was a mom struggling to find any sort of information on how to pump so I could feed my first born. Fumbling through postpartum with a baby who refused to latch, I felt lonely, anxious, and sure of only one thing - if I ever got through this, I'd move mountains to make sure other moms didn't suffer like I did.
Today, I'm a Certified Lactation Counselor and founder of One with the Pump. I've not only successfully pumped for four babies of my own - I've helped thousands of moms just like me rock their own pumping journeys.
For me, helping moms goes beyond teaching them to pump without pain, stress, and confusion.
Through my interactions on social media, and working with moms in my Pump Squad membership and virtual consults, I've realized they also need someone to give them permission to:
