Going to Magic Kingdom while breastfeeding or pumping? It might sound overwhelming at first - like how are you supposed to keep up with feedings or pump sessions without skipping rides, stressing about schedules, or hauling around every piece of baby gear you own?
But here’s the thing: Disney is actually really accommodating when you know what to expect and how to plan. I just did it, and I’m here to walk you through everything I wish I knew ahead of time - from the best places to nurse or pump, what to pack, and how to manage your milk without missing the magic.
Breastfeeding and Pumping at Disney World: Your Complete Guide
Yes, You Can Breastfeed Anywhere in the Park
Let’s start here: you are legally allowed to breastfeed anywhere at Disney World - benches, ride lines, shaded corners, wherever. You do not have to hide. You do not need to ask. You are allowed to feed your baby wherever you are. It was really refreshing too, when a staff member reminded us of this at the baby center, to feel free to breastfeed wherever we felt comfortable.
That said, if you want a quiet, private space to nurse or pump (air conditioning included), Disney’s got that covered too.
Magic Kingdom’s Baby Care Center Is a Lifesaver
The Baby Care Center is right off Main Street, tucked between Casey’s Corner and The Crystal Palace. If you’re not actively looking for it, you might miss it - but trust me, this place is a dream.
Inside, you’ll find:
- Private nursing rooms with comfy chairs
- Electrical outlets (for your pump or phone)
- Sinks, bottle warmers, and a microwave
- Changing tables and high chairs
- Diapers, wipes, and other baby supplies available for purchase
It’s quiet, it’s calm, and there’s no time limit. I sat down, plugged in my pump, took a breath, and got to connect with other moms nursing and pumping, too.
If you’re exclusively pumping or just need one solid session to fully empty, this is where you go. It’s also great for nursing if you want to get out of the heat or noise for a bit.
Breastfeeding on the Go
If you’d rather stay in the flow of the park and nurse wherever you land, you’re totally supported to do that too. Some of my favorite current spots for nursing around Magic Kingdom:
- The PeopleMover in Tomorrowland - it’s breezy, calm, and perfect for a quiet feed while staying on the move.
- It’s A Small World in Fantasyland - another calm, long ride that makes it easy to feed
- Benches near the Tangled rest area in Fantasyland - they’re shaded, quiet, and often overlooked, which makes them a great place to sit and nurse without the crowds.
- Seating around the Country Bear Jamboree in Frontierland - it’s usually calm between shows, with lots of shade and space to breathe.
I also brought a light cover I could use as a nursing cover when I wanted a little extra privacy. Totally optional depending on how comfortable you are.
What About Pumping?
If you’re pumping at the park, there are two main options: use a wearable pump or bring your standard pump and plan a session at the Baby Care Center.
Here’s what I did and recommend:
- Pump in the car on the way there - it resets your clock and buys you 3–4 more hours of flexibility
- Use a wearable for one or two mid-day sessions (especially if you're in line or eating lunch)
- Plan at least one full pump session in the Baby Care Center to fully empty
It’s totally manageable with a little prep. Planning that break at the Baby Care Center can be the perfect reset too: rest your feet, let your baby get a few quiet minutes out of the rush of the park, and take a breath.

What to Pack (So You’re Not Stressed Out Later)
This was my exact list for the day - nothing extra, just what worked.
- My Pumpables Genie Advanced (discount code ONEWITHTHEPUMP) pump (my go-to, lightweight, and portable primary pump)
- My Momcozy Air 1 wearable pump (discount code: MOWTP15F) for on-the-go sessions
- Boon Chiller - get ice from any of the cafes if needed for the inner chamber
- 1 set of pump parts + a Ziploc for the fridge hack
- Cooler bag with an ice pack
- Milk storage bags
- Portable battery
- Water bottle and snacks - don’t forget to feed yourself too
If you want to keep it super simple, wearables are great. But don’t rely on them for the whole day - they’re not meant for constant use, and you might feel more comfortable with one proper session to fully empty.
Park Security
Quick note if you’re worried about park security:
Your pump might set off alarms - mine did. Security may want to look inside your bag, but remember, your pump is a medical device, and they’re used to it. Just let them know what it is and move along.
Remember: One Day Won’t Ruin Your Breastfeeding Journey
You don’t have to choose between showing up for your baby and showing up for yourself and the rest of your family. You can feed your baby, keep your supply up, and still enjoy your day at Disney.
The biggest tip? Plan ahead, but don’t overthink it. Know where the Baby Care Center is. Pack smart. Use the tools that work for you. And remember, one bad day won’t ruin your breastfeeding journey.
